Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.lunara-comfort.com.br (the "Store"), operated by ELVEON LLC ("we", "us", "our").
60-Day Fit Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, refund or size exchange. If your tank doesn't fit, we will send you a replacement size at no extra cost.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition, washed according to the care instructions, and with all included padding.
- Gift cards and free gift items are not refundable on their own.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lunara-comfort.com.br with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Size and color exchanges are free within 60 days. Contact support@lunara-comfort.com.br to arrange your exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase if they have not been processed. Contact us as soon as possible at support@lunara-comfort.com.br.
