Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping rates
- Priority Express Shipping: 3.99 (USD for US orders).
- Free Premium Shipping on orders of 45.00 or more after discounts, including our Buy 2, Get 1 FREE and Buy 3, Get 3 FREE bundles.
The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. For UK orders, import VAT and duties may apply depending on your order value; any charges collected at checkout will be clearly displayed before payment.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@lunara-comfort.com.br and we will help locate it or send a replacement.
